These bespoke and intuitive energy healing sessions aim to address the cause of dis-ease at the level of spirit as we work together to restore balance and reclaim your personal power.

We constantly absorb, process and reflect our surroundings, life experiences and even generational burdens.

Physical and emotional discomfort can result from energetic blocks, imbalances or trapped trauma that need to be witnessed, released and given permission to heal.

Within a safe space of non-judgement, I connect to and receive guidance from your physical, emotional and energetic body as well as my guides; channelling universal and earth energies in a way that is most beneficial for you at that time.

This can involve a range of techniques from shamanic healing, sound, crystals, guided meditation, chakra alignment, womb healing, ritual, aura clearing, massage or guidance cards.

Healing is a time for surrender and while they are usually deeply relaxing, each session is uniquely tailored to your needs. Some people experience physical sensation, emotional release or visual/auditory messages. After the healing, we will have an in-depth chat about the experience and suggested aftercare. Notes from the session will also be sent to you at no extra charge.
